Overview
TM AR Latex isn't a pre-mixed coating — it's a concentrated acrylic polymer that contractors gauge with cement and water on site, at a 1:1:3 latex-to-water-to-cement ratio, in the exact quantity a job calls for. That control is what makes it useful for wet-area waterproofing and flexible renders where a fixed-formula product falls short.
The acrylic base accommodates minor cracks in the substrate instead of failing over them, and holds up to sustained weathering on surfaces that stay exposed — terraces and roofs in particular, where a coating needs to survive UV and temperature swings across every season.
It's most often specified as an integral waterproofing layer around bathroom and sink areas before tiling, and on terraces and roofs where flexibility matters as much as water resistance.
