Overview
TM SBR Latex is the multi-purpose workhorse of the range — the same polymer covers bonding old concrete to new, crack repair, a brush-applied waterproof slurry, and a stronger polymer-modified repair mortar, depending on how it's gauged.
As a slurry (mixed 1:3:7) it goes on as a waterproof bonding coat before plaster or screed. As a mortar additive (mixed 1:5:1:4) it produces a repair mortar with better adhesion, flexibility and water resistance than plain cement-sand mix — useful for patching and re-bonding sections that need to key into existing concrete.
It's specified across bathrooms, balconies, other wet regions and terraces — anywhere a contractor needs one polymer that covers bonding, repair and waterproofing rather than carrying three separate products.
